I realise that it is in the Roadmap, just wanted to toss in my 2 cents about rating alerts for posts.
The best way I see it being done is similar to facebook notifications for reactions, have it so you get an alert per post saying so Name and 2 others rated your post in Thread, then you can click it to take it to the post. I feel like this is less obtrusive than getting an alert per rating as that could result in a lot of them for some, and you could have it so the alert updated and became unread each time someone else rated it.
Obviously it would link in with being able to see who has rated your post once that has been added.
