• Server hosting issues post server migration

I recently moved server hosts from a provider I had been using for the last few years to a new location. I copied over the files that I was using, keeping the same structure as well as updating the necessary applications post migration. The server works, to an extent. However, when using tools like Advanced Duplicator 2, the entire server seizes up horribly while it figures out how to load and then pop out the contraption. In addition, overall CPU usage seems to have gone through the roof, and we can't figure out how a server that has more overall CPU to spare than before is hitting the cap so easily. Known possibilities that we've discussed are: High Prioritization: The machine doesn't see the application as a priority, so it reserves less CPU for GMOD itself. The hacky way to get the service to operate correctly was to use windows media player in the background to force the CPU to work at maximum possible effectiveness. If this still is an issue, what can we do to force the server to high prioritization. Install Drive: We're not on the native C: drive. We moved to an A: drive instead (with the main drive being the C: drive). I have no idea if this matters at all. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
