When I first join the game everything is fine. I get 100 fps. But while I am playing, I am losing fps over time. I had same issue when I have my old build. It was amd fx 8150 and gtx 560. I tought its because of my gpu. When I upgraded it to gtx 1060 nothing actually changed. I got a little better fps when I first join the game but It was dropping to 15 over time. Few weeks ago I replaced all build. Bought 8700k, asus z370f, corsair dominator rams, and m2 ssd. Rust running on m2. I still have the fcking same problem. I am playing with 30 fps atm with this build. Can anyone tell me wtf is this ?

It is not luck. Certainly something wrong.
LOL i just gave this answer to another thread with the same issue.
I had some issue like this way back, it turned out to me my PC that gets too hot (CPU).
Maybe check how hot your CPU is when you have RUST open.
