• White Texture

Problem - instead of the normal earth (brown or green) I have the entire surface in white.
Sounds like your PC is screwed not the game. Do you have the latest drivers for your PC? Does your PC meet the new minimum requirements for the game?
Before the last patch, everything was ok.
Reinstall DirectX, make sure that your drivers are updated, verify integrity of game files. Can you send a screenshot and say what's your GPU?
