In the past when i played, i could skip the downloading skins part and they would automatically load in after about 5 mins. now when i go into the game they never load in even after a whole hour of playing. i've tried doing "global.skinwarmup 1" in console and then reloading and the skins dont download and it is infinitely loading.
2nd thing...I recently went from a 22" monitor to a 42" tv and i can never get more than 25 fps ever. i tried plugging in my old small monitor and i got a solid 100+ fps on it. Other games run just fine on this tv and i really dont want to go through the struggle of changing monitors every time i wanna play rust. and i even play on Fast settings (one up from Potato).
