When making a post you can't seem to remove non-text items on mobile. Garry fix?
Confirmed, I tried to delete a quote from a WIP comment earlier today, if you try to backspace from the line under the quote, it just closes the keyboard. No way of selecting the quote for deletion.
Can't remove quotes on SwiftKey
CAN remove quotes with some hipster level keyboard that I never use.
Wow this only makes it a hell of a lot more complicated
just tested it. dods the same thing on my phone.
but the puffin browser lets me bring up the keyboard on demand...
this thing is damn good.
Just hold backspace, works for me but it takes some time.
When I use swiftkey, it just immediately closes when it hits the block :/
Same with Gboard
I downloaded hacker's keyboard on Android just to remove quotes and tags, pretty annoying
On SwiftKey, if I hold down backspace for long enough it deletes all the words in the quote without actually drawing it, and when it reaches the end it finally removes the quote.
More than half a year later and this is still a problem. @garry please fix?
Sorry, just trying to remember how to do it..
Genius workaround. Does work, but realistically it should just work without such a workaround.
