They aren't a part of Facepunch, and this is the official Facepunch forums.
You don't seem to understand why facepunch wont be able to help you.
Rustafied is privately owned and if they ban you (not EAC) only they would be able to unban you. not facepunch.
Private servers can use their own detection policies and make up their own rules on enforcement. They may also ban you via geo-IP. So if they don't want people from other countries in their game, they can just set an option to auto ban you.
Also, it's a private server. They don't owe you an explanation because you aren't paying to play on their server... find a new server. You will never be unbanned.
