• Should there be lore behind Ruin?

Ruin's setting has a great opportunity to add lore. We know for certain there will be at least one town, possibly multiple, for players to bank and/or spend their gold We know in the town(s) there will be "friendly" NPC guards patrolling The three different talent trees Finesse, Might, and Magic, along with enchanting. The Monuments plagued by skeletons, ogres, spiders, and what ever else might be lurking in the shadows. All of these topics have the opportunity to have an origins story to them. Whether it's full fledged voice acting literature scattered throughout the map, ancient tomes, or even undiscovered cave paintings, there's great potential for the implementation of lore. The question is, should it be added? If you don't think lore should be a part of Ruin, why If you think it should, why, and what would you like to see?
I think that would be a great idea, depending on how its set up it would be cool to see players create the lore as worlds are built. like an interactive story. certain actions trigger certain events, creating a more unique lore each time.
I believe every game should have a lore because there will always be an Audience for it, for the people that dont care about LORE simply dont care adding a LORE isn't going to hurt just add some fun into the game and for the people that dont like it... makes no sense because it isn't contributing to the game-play but explain it to further detail so YES I do believe they need lore!
