There are a lots of things to do in Rust. My favourite thing is building. But I can't build anything big as I want because this Upkeep thing is so expensive! Please remove it! It's HORRIBLE!
First: You added resources... ( I think it is good )
And now the building is costs a lot! It's really really bad !!! Remove this please !!! Everybody hate it!!
not everybody hates it. They just have to adjust the way they used to build on vanilla, or just have to join a server that adjusted upkeep costs like we did.
Making changes to vanilla doesn't make it vanilla..
Lets say for a second we was talking about ice cream get it vanilla... and you needed to make a change and add strawberry to it is it still vanilla?
as long there is no plugin that affects gameplay, the rules say it will be vanilla ;)
As long rust gives the commandt you can include in your start.bat , this is just a adjustment you can make to have still vanilla server, but only cheaper costs without plugins ;)
I find this upkeep really good. For me It's a solution to balance solo players vs group plays and is not that hard to gather resources to upkeep your base.
You have more breathing room vs zerg groups.
Keep the upkeep system, it's great.
