5 days ago I got EAC/VAC banned by a developer,accusing me of cheating,but i am 100% sure that i wasn't,i just played the game for 50 minutes the day before the ban and the exit.I know that cheaters say the same thing,but what matters is that i know i didn't cheat.I even have some screenshots from the last play but "they aren't enough" to proove that i wasn't cheating.So as now i am banned and can't play the game in any server,i would like my money back or the ban to be revised.

Well I'm not expert but maybe don't go around downloading random rust cheats if you don't want to get banned for detected cheats. I hear that helps.

And what about the 2nd esp hack you apparently downloaded from there way back in April?? did you also 'only download' that one too?? either way, you still went and downloaded rust cheats from a game hacks website (which you conveniently left out from your explanation). What happened next is the obvious result since that's kinda the point of cheat detection, so I'm having a hard time seeing why you'd be entitled to a refund/ban removal.
downloading and using it is different
so you just like to download random game hacks and then let them sit on your computer? I'm guessing the same applies to Fortnite that you apparently also download an aimbot for? That's certainly an interesting hobby.
oh also I nearly forgot. You have to actually run the hacks for them to get detected like this, so yea you were definitely using them. But hey if you want to keep saying you weren't that's fine, but again tho, I don't see why you're entitled to a refund when the cheat detection software was doing what it's supposed to.
i never used on rust,always regret in the last moment and just stop playing,fortnite was a joke,it was packed with hackers and i used too
well you did use it on rust because otherwise we wouldn't be here discussing your EAC ban which was triggered by detecting a rust cheat being active while playing rust. but alright let's just say it didn't: you've admitted you hack in other games, and that you did install numerous hacks for this game. Ignoring the fact that gives us no reason to believe you, you still haven't addressed the fact that the anticheat did what it was supposed to in this case, so why should you get a refund/ban removed?
