For the first time I've seen, Canada Small is experiencing extremely high ping, and complete disconnects. I was playing this morning when suddenly it went down. The server has been offline for about 2 hours now. I was able to join once but was met with 500ms ping, and was kicked shortly after only to watch it go down again. Is it getting DDOSed like Canada 1 was?
