Unable to connect to Official servers Canada 1 and Facepunch Toronto - Staging

I am unable to connect to official servers on the STEAM network this morning, after playing on both of them yesterday. the two servers are Canada 1 and Facepunch toronto - staging. But I am able to connect to the 2 modded servers i regularly play on in the same steam session. I have screen shots but am unaware on how to post to this site.
The last icon is up arrow, this is a screenshot download
