I mean, you have been given the reasons why you shouldn't play Official yet you still don't get it. You gave your excuses why you didn't want to play them, true. However, as you can plainly see...the shit aint getting fixed ma man.
On the other side of that Postal gave you the reasons why and also stated that it was being looked at. Still, here we are...again. Rush that simply is not a solution to fixing a server. It should not be that hard for them to at the very least say we are trying our very best but I've searched everywhere and only seen maybe one or two posts. entitlement? yes i am entitled to a game that i paid money for and that is supposed to work, in the real world we call that fulfilling your obligations out of a contract
and yes i am persistant because i fucking invested hours into this wipe and have a nice base with shittons of loot and now i only get to log on once in a while with major lag to put resources into the cupboard?
ofc i will play a different server like eu once this shit wipe is over, but you understand the trade-off between hours invested and starting new yes?
So I shouldn't feel entitled to play the game that I just bought and spent many hours on. Or maybe you just wanted me to buy it and then look at it, maybe frame it. Sorry I do not enjoy the community servers. I enjoy my server so I would like to know if I'm going to have to find another official server or if this one will be fixed. Sorry if that makes me a bad person.

lol Who am I? Nobody. However, as a person with over 4ooo hours in this game, I to went through the very same thing you did. That was roughly four years ago. You could say that everything I have told you guys about the reasons why you should stay away from officials,well...you could say all of that is based on experience. Yea, I to pulled my hair out until I conformed. Now, I know better. Instead of taking offense to the reality it is, you should be taking my advice because I can probably guarantee you this. It is not going to change,it hasn't in four years and it probably wont ever change.
You guys are screaming to deaf ears. Yea, it may eventually come back up and yea you will go back to playing. But this in no way means that other servers wont be affected again. Will you pull support for those that can't play then? Probably not. So, if you took offense to that...I am sorry, you probably however justified all my comments
ya we get its not a finished game...but don't add this shit and make ur servers lag ppl out so they can't play. This upkeep is some grade a bullshit..idk maybe have a test server first and see how it works before releasing it to the populous. 1.4k+ hours into rust and I can't play it anymore to the amount of lag happing. never happen before this update but now well I gota find a new game to play.
The only thing I believe FP needs to change is the namesake. The servers should have some kind of a title that shows that they are for testing only. It should be notated for the public to see and understand. But Hell...most of the public choose not to read what is in front of them in the first place (*just see my last above reply for proof of that)
Otherwise, no. It is what it is. Official servers are purely for testing. Things are broken for a reason, they simply need to be in order to be able to learn how to fix them. EAC/VAC need to have servers with hackers in order to identify how hackers work. Finding bugs is very tedious and time consuming work,do you want admin responsibilities added to the developers workload as well? Please...enough of this. You guys have options that you choose not to utilize. This is your own faults if you continue
