Isn't it possible that the 2048 x 2048 images in the game, could be reduced down to 512 x 512 or even 1024 x 1024, at the cost of losing some eye candy. But the overall result would be better FPS. I just don't understand what game developers are thinking these days. Why do we need 2048 x 2048 images for things in game which are barely noticed during pvp? Do things really need to be crystal clear, when a lot of systems are averaging 20 - 60 fps? Personally, if the game runs better with lowered graphics, why not use them? Just a thought.
Fx-6300/gtx1050ti 16GB $300-$400 50-100fps AVG 72FPS-Fantastic 1080 FX8350/RX580 8GB 32gb $600-$700 70-120fps AVG 84fps-fantastic 1080 Both my AMD SHIT BOXES run Rust pretty God damn well, if your specs are shittier than mine you prolly need an upgrade anyways. To say most machines are getting 20-60fps is ignorant as fuck.
First of all you toxic kiddy... I never said I have an issue. But I do follow the Steam Rust forum and most people there complaining about FPS, are experiencing between 20 and 60 fps. But ok, I'm ignorant because I can read?!? But you go ahead and talk big while hiding behind your monitor fk head.
Same setup Fx-6300, but OCd to 5GHz. I get 120fps but it stutters especially when fights starts and I've never been able to fix it. My GPU isn't the same tho, its a shittier one.
i get a good 200fps ;)
