Underwater Rust, Modded 2x Rust server. Looking for players!

I am looking for people to play on my rust server. It is 2x modded and has good and active admins. It is called Underwater Rust.

I will join 100% sure if you help me 1st. I am owner of server too. Vanilla, sedans autospawn in radtowns and 20 players online. While was afk my game just crashed. Now i cant start game again because if i click end task on RustClient.exe is still active. Ok i will restart pc and there is fix but i have small problem (for economy server and client are on same machine i host and administrate form one pc, do not ask why

) Just idea how to force close the RustClient.exe without restarting the machine to fix this and also shutting down the server while people play
