I'd prefer pigeons. Carrier pigeons. They could only take one item or stack at a time, and would fly to whoever you targetted, and deliver the item. They could be shot down and looted.
Make it happen.
Yeah, and maybe laying any seed on the ground will attract the bird so you can sneak and kill it for some food. Or have it as a pet, so you can do some bonding time with it and some other player can come, kill it and eat it.
I just remember that post every time I see someone asking for birds, Garry is showing his new kid then someone just asks for birds anyway.
