Is there an update today (28th December 2017) or will we have to wait for the forced wipe in January?
I was wondering for the same thing but when I open Rust I saw that the first window that happier, Rust Configuration, It's changed and It's with the new border's at least. So their where doing something I don't know If It was much, because in the commits for December they don't have anything since 15 December.

But we have to say they have a really good team. Weekly updates, no game normally have that.

I think there was a very small patch/DL, the server I play on did an update shutdown but I don't think we got anything new. Roll on the new year!
Though the link is very informative it says NOTHING about Jan 4th specifically but we shall see.

You didn't notice the last post on this thread was 6 days ago..? The description in the link says: "This is it for us for 2017, we'll see you next year." So that means, from January on the updates will be, as normal, on the first thursday of the month.
