It took 15 days in one case and 40 in another to verify that it was in fact a false positive. Automatically doesn't mean instantly as there has to be human verification that it was in fact a false positive among the hundreds or so of bans.

What I meant was that in the event that there has been a wave of false positives (and EAC have had this and rectified it) that they unban those affected. Of the thousands banned for cheating 99.9999% claim that they were falsely banned, the EAC verification reports ie Paid for cheat detected were always fun to watch.
