Gaming Community Looking for Admins to start a new Server

Revenant Gaming is a 6 year old Community looking to expand in various games. Currently we are looking to open a Rust server for public use. So we are looking for :
Players/Admins who have experience running a server.
Can open a server and populate it.
Requirements:
Mature Community - 18+ is recommended
Organized Leadership - Must be able to communicate with other leaders.
Able to communicate - Via Forums, Chat software, or VOIP Server.
The love of Gaming! - Don't care when you started gaming, just want users who have a passion for gaming.
No idea is a bad idea. We are open to all suggestions for a new server. You can contact me in one of the many ways below.

Why do you need a new server for that? There are already enough servers. For example my 2 servers: we need people, we already have players, 2 servers, and I'm running this for more than 3-4 years. Just asking why it has to be a new server ;)
Why not? We have the resources and we do not have any RG branded Servers for Rust. This also gives Admins who don't have the resources to host their own server a chance to do so. There will always be millions of servers for every game, but we stand by our success of our other servers and we are sure we can do the same for more games like Rust.
I understand your way of thinking, but I think everyone that knows to run a server already has a server and are more willing to get that one populated than having to work with others under their rules.
I also worked with communitys like yours in the past, but getting it populated is always a problem, and it was just a waste of my time.
In that way I think your idea will have more succes if you just get in contact with server owners that already have a server, that will end up with more players.
