You were gamebanned, for either cheating in Rust or having any cheating programs running while rust was.
Even if you didnt use it specifically for rust, if it could've been used to cheat on Rust you shouldn't have had it running while playing rust.

Then contact EAC, don't expect an immediate answer.
If it was a false ban it will be reverted, if not sucks to be you.
