Can't upload to the workshop

I've tried initializing gmpublish found in my garrysmod\bin folder via a scripted .bat and the command line, but the window immediately black screens regardless. I've also tried to use the Gmod Publishing Utility (2.2), but it yields the following error: Cannot run program ""\082.gma"" (in directory ""): CreateProcess error=123, The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect
I had assumed this was a directory issue, but after moving my files from drive to drive, it became clear that this wasn't the case. Any suggestions on overcoming this?
