ULX broke, all users lost rank, ULX permissions and all ULX addons are blank!

I am having a massive problem with my server right now and I need it fixed ASAP!

So basically ULX has killed itself. AKA it deleted its own users.txt and somehow broke so badly that also all other ULX addons broke (the group permissions display blank and all dialogs are blank except the commands on the first page in !menu).

I got ULX using a workshop collection, therefore I cant find its .gma file and delete it, like many people suggested (in the answers I found on google).

I need to fix this quickly. RN its my server high time and its always full around this time so I am really sad to have it on password right now
