When I join a server the game stops responding at loading monuments every time and goes to a white screen.
The computer has a 4gb AMD graphics card, 8gb of ram/memory, and a quad core cpu
The pc is also windows 10. Below is a link to the crash error.

Similar problems today. This log was generated once for me too, with similar details. However, the game is unplayable at all times, it seems that it just crashes before it has a change to write down the log.
It's a new problem for me, with no apparent changes to my setup (neither soft nor hardware). Yesterday everything was good.
Which resolution is your screen (it's native, max resolution) ?

Well I had a theory about 4k monitors and assets caching but it doesn't seem to be the case with you.
People there seem to have the same problems as we do : /FPS DROPPS / RUST CRASH / RAM PROBLEM/
