Im currently struggling with some fonts.
I am using Tittilium Web on my loadingscreen for Gmod, but that font is not that soft like this website:

How can I make the font more "soft"?

OSX has better font rendering, Chrome uses the operating system's default rendering.
I can't seem to load the url to the loading screen you posted, but I'm guessing that the problem is the font rendering poorly. This is a bug in webkit related browsers on Windows, or maybe just Chrome.
