Your website is horrible, half the links ain't working. And you got reference to "Rackhost" every where. Also I doubt the phone number is yours, but I don't have a US phone. Also can't find your AUP or TOS
That website is horrible. It looks bad and none of the links work whatsoever. Game Servers take me to the domain checker. You haven't even bothered to edit the theme enough to change the 'About Rackhost' in the footer!

This is one of the worst forums you can come to if your website isn't perfect. [editline]10th September 2013[/editline] At the bottom of the page you haven't changed the Twitter or FB link from WHMCSThemes.
What provider do you purchase your unlimited size hard drives & bandwidth from?
I say this out of love and respect for the web hosting industry as a whole; you're making us look bad. Seriously, what you're offering is unrealistic. I mean, do you even comprehend it? The "unlimited" services you are offering do not exist. They will never exist. All you're doing is removing disk space and bandwidth allocations for a server that is otherwise very limited. Where are your unlimited policies? What happens if someone wants to host a website with over 100 GB of data? Can you actually sustain such a website? Will you actually sustain such a website? You're attempting to use a marketing term, and yet you have no comprehension of what that term implies. Are you even aware of the legalities of using such a term improperly? It is considered a form of false advertising, unless you were to actually disclose your real limitations. (HostGator does it, BlueHost does it, practically every 'unlimited' host has some level of disclosure) Are you even passionate about hosting, or are you just here to make some extra money? If you're here to make a quick buck, you're doing it wrong. (i'm sure I will regret this post later on, but when people start up a service just because 'they can', it really irritates me)
Unlimited bandwith and space for $2 a month? What's the catch, I'm 100% sure there's a catch.

I understand you explain it in your KB (and have done here also) but I cannot believe by reading it, that I'd be able to use 72TB worth of space for your price of $4.95. I don't really use shared hosting any longer, but when I did, I never went with any host that would tell me I could use 'unlimited' resources in any way on their website. I always felt much better having a hard limit so I would know when I'm getting close to limits. It should be like when renting a VPS/dedi when you know what you will get. Unlimited resources (imo) have always just been a marketing scheme to get those people that don't know any better to think they can upload everything they want, when it isn't the case.

Unlimited resources (imo) have always just been a marketing scheme to get those people that don't know any better to think they can upload everything they want, when it isn't the case.
I understand that you do not use, and have no intentions of using a shared web hosting provider, and sure, for most of the hosts out there, unlimited is in fact nothing more than a marketing scheme. However, that is only because they do not understand what the term implies, and attempt to sell their services as the 'be all end all' of hosting. Personally, I too am cautious of unlimited providers, even though I myself offer unlimited hosting services. Once you actually take the time to understand what unlimited truly provides, you'll come to realize just how great most unlimited providers actually are. Most allow you to upload 10 GBs of data without issue, assuming of course you do not hit their CPU or RAM limitations. (which 'limited' providers have as well) If the host is well managed, you can save quite a bit of money by going with an unlimited hosting plan, over a limited plan from another provider. That said, I tend to avoid all unlimited providers myself, unless they specify their exact limitations within their terms of service. If I agree to their terms, I sign up, and use my services. If I do not, I'll either ask them for clarification, or go elsewhere. This logic should apply to any service, not just shared hosting.
Whilst the guys site is pretty bad, and no I would not trust my site here, your huge paragraph reminded me of your services: Jester's Plan Unmetered Unmetered $4.95 But you changed the wording to unmetered, so I guess you to have these magical unmetered disks!
We changed the term to unmetered mostly because of peer pressure. (basically, I got bullied) Unmetered is also a commonly accepted term used by datacenters to measure bandwidth. It's the same exact thing as unlimited. There's no real difference. Most people instantly assume that unmetered/unlimited requires a harddrive with an infinite amount of space. This isn't true, as the terms themselves only refer to the way that disk space and bandwidth is consumed. Rather than enforcing predetermined disk or bandwidth quotas, we remove the quotas entirely. Even the operating system itself refers to this style of operation as being 'unlimited'. There are no magical hard drives, nor are there any magical fairies. There's so much unlimited bias going around the net these days, and it seems that practically any company can abuse the term, giving the genuine providers a bad reputation among those that have been burned in the past. Also, just to clarify, DoRoyal gives you the option to have a custom 'limited' plan set up. So, we're not entirely 'unlimited', as we can play both roles. However, let's leave my hosting out of this thread, as this thread isn't about me.
Finally, a host where I can set up my 1TB porn dropbox.
Changed it to "Unmetered" so I wont get "Bullied"
Was a joke. :p
Finally, a host where I can set up my 1TB porn dropbox.
That's one hell of an accomplishment. For both you and dropbox.
Was a joke. :p
Haha I know, but I took your advice, and I think it looks more professional.

I resent an email to you. And I do not have an explanation for the slow speeds. Maybe they will pickup later on?

So nate, who are you reselling from? Or are you not at liberty to say?
