VS 2008 C++ Express with QT?

I am seeming to have trouble with using QT with Visual Studio 2008 Express. Anyone know how to use it? Or should I just use the QT IDE?

I'm quite sure I'm setting it up wrong. All I did was DL the QT for VS package on the website, then install that. I can't get the test app running.

Nevermind I figured it out. But I am unsure of how to use my .ui file in my projects.
