OP: Burstnet is crap, you shouldn't go with them. You can just charge back through PayPal (I did because I bought a gigabit line and I got around 1mbit) and the server just went on. I'm only getting between 3MB/s and 8MB/s. Tested from multiple locations to verify, the speed is all over the place.
