So, i've decided to try to take up Visual Basic for the third time, to see if something'll finally click this time. I figure i'm simply not giving it enough time.
Is there a 'Visual Basic for retarded, lobotomized and utterly daft children' guide out there that doesn't rely on videos like the tutorials included with Visual Studio? I'd prefer something i can Ctrl+f through.

There's so many jokes that could be made here.
@Turb: Assuming VBasic isn't that much different from Small Basic, that looks like a simple enough start for someone like me. I'll try that tomorrow - No sense trying to code when i'm half asleep.
Maybe trying things CLI-only will be good for me, in Vbasic i always just used the Windows Forms mode where you just select what you want from a menu because i'm mildly terrified of everything that's not the old DOS-era BASIC.

Except for the user's brain
Personally, if you already don't have the motivation to go through with it right now, I recommend you take some higher level math courses and come back to it(pretty much everything will click if you have a decent understanding of at least basic calculus and a very strong understanding off all subjects previous to it).
