How to make outlines with indentions in facepunch?

Hello,
This is a silly question, but how do you make an outline format in a post or a reply to a post with indentions on facepunch? I tried to simply add spaces in front of my the text to make indentions, but that did not work. It there a way to add bullets or something? If there is a way, I would appreciate an example. Thank you.
You'd have to have a character in front of the text to indent it. Otherwise, [code] tags can hold indentions.

Thank you for the reply. What do you mean by [code] tags? I did some searching, but I don't quite understand.
