My site is overloading other users

About a few hours i am unable to access my site

First thing that was odd is that everything is stuck on the right, secondly after a few seconds the site stops responding
What is wrong with it?

if you have cpanel check your server stats. ask the host provider what's going on

My server panel gave me this:
"Zend_Controller_Response_Exception: Cannot send headers; headers already sent in /public/sites/www.worldofvagax.com/index.php, line 3 - library/Zend/Controller/Response/Abstract.php:321"

Already looked into it, there is duplication
