It's not that hard to set up a simple website. I'd be more inclined to believe you if you had a website that you could show you've worked on before, and with a primarily flash/php interface. That would be something that people would look for.

It won't be if you can prove you can make/design websites. Show us some proof.
I can't find any examples of my previous work due to the fact that I've reformatted my PC recently and I'm not hosting any.
So how about if you're not satified, you don't pay.

Most companies now use Dreamweaver, it's just easier to use and cut's down on time spent.
Ill move this to web programming for a while, see how it turns out. If post quality ends up in the lower end of "shit", itl be locked.
