I sorta have this already but it needs improvement

I am trying to make a system where gmod users who want vip FAST without us adding them in... can use the Paypal IPN system to be able to go in-game and type !vip [EMAIL="[e-mail]"][e-mail][/EMAIL] and it authorizes their email from the table and writes their steam id on another table, not db...

I already have this but i wanna add the option for their table to drop after a month, and if they keep their paypal on to pay the server x ammount it keeps their id on their,,,,

i already have the lua part of this. so dont worry...
