My address was 192.168.1.253:27035 (not broadcasting) its a private address meaning no one can connect to it not me or anyone. I'm using Team Fortress 2 Dedicated Server I copied the folders in my first garrysmod folder and put them into the Srcds folder I then put a server.cfg file in srcds/garrysmod/cfg which has the following

after that I started up srcds changed the game to Garry's Mod, changed the map to gm_ubasev4, set the network to internet, max players to 10, upd port to 27035, made rcon_password pyromatic (will be changed), turned off vac secure, and hit start I got to the hub and copied and pasted the ip address into favorites only I couldn't connect if anyone can help me please do.

You can't connect from a computer which is running srcds.
