Well.. i just refreshed my MSDN subscription and i saw that it's possible to submit
apps for me now. And yes, i got a Windows Phone so this would be great,
i already downloaded the WP SDK and iam ready to code. Codelanguage is mostly C#
which is perfect because i already know how to code in C#. Design is also easy todo
with Expression Blend, delivered with the SDK.
I only got 1 problem,
i dont know which usefull app i could code.
I want to code a free app without ads,
or a paid app, if its good, with trial of course.
Some ideas?

Make an app that fetches current UV index and weather warnings for the area you're in.
