C# and WPF, the source code is ofc also on Codeplex.

And that does look pretty useful, and please for the love of god, don't use the word fail.
I vaguely remember when I ran a source server, I couldn't see exactly what the server's console was seeing (People chatting and such), I know HLSW does it, no idea how.

Is it made by valve? and does it handle the connections?
I think you should make something simple to output chat into your rcon client. That might be useful.

It has actually not any thing todo with Rcon, as hlsw use the log funktion to enable this. But i am looking into it.

No it is made by a third party. And it basicly handles the rcon connections.
