There are more or less windows coming out of the IDE depending how wired I am at the time
If you're ever using Eclipse and not IntelliJ, I just want to make sure I'm always judging you on that decision

Pretty similar to my current setup. Will take pics when I get home.
Pretty simple setup. Using vim with the Conque Shell plugin to run bash inside the vim buffer.

As for my "workspace," I basically just putty into my Linux box and do everything in terminal. I use tmux for tabs / splits and run a fairly plain Vim. At work I'm frequently using bare-bone Linux machines so I've learned to work with it. It's really comfortable for me.
