Looking for a talented front-end web developer (HTML/CSS) who wants to make money

Alright so as the title says, I'm looking for a talented front-end web developer to work with me on a project in an ongoing relationship, and yes there is money involved, large amounts of it once the ball is rolling.

Here is what I need from you:
- [B]Strong[/B] HTML/CSS knowledge.
- The ability to write clean, semantic markup.
- The ability to quickly and accurately take a design from Photoshop to HTML.
- Good communication skills (prompt responses and all that, I don't want to be waiting a week to hear back from you)
- Professionalism (this is a business relationship)

Here are things that would also be cool, but aren't necessarily requirements:
- Javascript/jQuery knowledge.
- Experience working with wordpress themes.
- Experience with sIFR or other font embedding techniques.

If you have no sample work to show please do not email me unless you would like me to provide you with a couple psds for a project to code up and use as your work sample (these psds will be from a past client project of mine, so they will be used purely to demonstrate your skill level).

As I said, this is a business relationship, and I am in it to make money. If you are good at what you do, you will make money too. Please do not email me if you can not hold a deadline, and if you do not have time to dedicate to coding 1-2 designs a week.

I have a few questions (as usual) and is it completely layout coding only, as in just making the CSS and HTML? Rate me bad reading if it's obvious.

Yes you will only be turning psds in to functional HTML pages, there's likely going to be a little is involved too, bu I'm up in the air about whether I want to handle that bit myself or not still. That part will likely depend on what kind of responses I get and where the talent of whoever I go with really lies.

Got some good looking candidates so far. Definitely looking like wordpress experience is going to be a big one.

You don't need to actually be able to design, I'm doing the design work. You just need to be able to create HTML from a photoshop file.
