I am currently looking for somebody who could create a website for me, nothing big or fancy, but just a nice clean website where I can place tutorials that I will make and some other stuff, a bit homepagish. I am a programmer myself and I bet you've heard of programmer's art, well, mine is even worse, so I don't think the skill level is that high in this case.
I want the website to be sort of DOS style, a dark website (me thinks a black or greyish background) with a sort of hacker / console look. It ofcourse shouldn't hurt the eyes too much. As a layout I would prefer a nice header with underneath a horizontal menu.
No special scripting or dynamic lanuages are needed, but PHP functionality like a news system would be a plus.
