I want to learn what the fuck that is doing, it's inside of a dll, but there are no xrefs to the function, so I think the exe is loading it some other way. Since that rules out debugging, I have no fucking idea what to do.

It controls machine, by giving a CPU command what to do with register. That is all. Not really, but this is short answer to short question.
If you want any one to figure out what this does you should probably tell us what compiler output this.
nvm, someone helped me figure it out, it just inflates a buffer with zlib.
