I have come up with an idea for a website.
The website shall be one where you can share ideas with other people and they can comment or add stuff to the idea, something like that.

I want some people to help develop this website and in my opinion, this website can be very profitable.

You've got to understand a few things. First, the idea itself is not particularly new or unique. Secondly, you positioned yourself as the 'ideas guy' by conceding you only have limited skills in regards to design and development.
Anyone that could help you here would be investing much more time than you actually would be, as ideas are easy to come up with, but something that you can come up with in a minute can take a lot of time to actually implement.

tl;dr: If you want people to help, you've got to give them more incentive than a generic idea anyone can think of and a quick logo in paint. It may sound cruel, but that's the reality.
I was thinking about this same thing but assumed it's already been created dozens of times.

Sounds like that'd be the only use people would use the website for anyway, looking at good ideas by people who can't make them, and doing them themselves and taking all the reward.

I made a site layout and stuff but then I decided that people have no incentive to share their ideas
