I found this seriously awesome program called GlovePIE. It lets you emulate keys, mouse movements/clicks, and so on. You can even connect a wiimote to your computer with Bluetooth and control shit with it. It's pretty cool. The coding is extremely simple, and the possibilities are endless! Here is an example script:
Key.PlayPause = said("play")
Key.PrevTrack = said("back")
Key.NextTrack = said("next")
Key.VolumeUp = said("up")
Key.VolumeDown = said("down")
It makes it so that if you say "play" into your mic. while the code is running, it will play/pause your music. "Back" will go previous track, "next" will go to next track, "up" will raise the volume, and "down" will lower it.
Go ahead and try it out. Its pretty bad ass.

You're pretty late, but it's still awesome. I was planning on making a small 3D scene in C# then trying to control it with my wiimote.
I'd heard of GlovePIE before, but never realised how useful it is. Your script is useful because now I can control my music laptop when working on my main pc.
I use GlovePIE all the time. It's fantastic for trying out new input methods.
How accurate is speech detection?
Cool, never knew about this.
But what the hell is this:
This website is 100% Carbon Neutral, and so was my coding of GlovePIE for the last couple of years. But because GlovePIE requires electricity to run (and it wastes lots of CPU cycles and bluetooth searches), your usage of this product will contribute to the planet's destruction (which will happen much sooner than you think), unless you also use 100% green electricity. And that makes me morally responsible for some of that destruction. So I strongly urge you to switch to 100% green (or Nuclear) electricity. It's quite cheap and really takes a load off your mind. You'll feel good if you do.
Hippie crap. Run your computer on coal to show him who's boss.
Or just ignore it.

That said, I'm using the example script in the OP to replace the loss of a media keyboard. Thanks.
It's a JOKE

He isn't joking.

"Warning! Use of this product (or any other electrical technology) will destroy the planet with Global Warming, unless you are using 100% Green or Nuclear power! Less than 100% is not enough to stop catastrophic climate change. Living near a green power station doesn't count, since that green power was already sold to someone else. Living near a nuclear power station DOES count as 100% green power, since there is no market for nuclear green power."
That's funny though.
Don't worry, the link to Scientology is a site about the abuses suffered there.
Just ignore the "go green" shit. It's a very useful program. I even coded a script a year or two ago that let me play an online game with a Wiimote. It was pretty awesome.
Lets ignore global warming and the planets destruction, just use this silly app so I can talk to my computer and turn the volume up and down.

Yeah, I noticed that afterward.

Get out.
Quick make a mod using it so you can play HL2 using a wiimote
wait

No, let's go riot in the streets about greatly exaggerated climate change! That will change everyone's minds!
Wasn't this program used for using the Wii remote on PCs?

We used this to enable the Wiimote as a controller for FPS years ago, you're really late lol.
