[B]What does it do?[/B]
Allows you to install vehicles easily in GTA4.

Annoyed that you have to open openIV then the vehicles.img then go into edit mode and import the vehicle.Then change the handling and vehicle lines indvidually and have to navigate to the correct folder.

This simplify's this. Like SAMI for San Andreas

[B]How To Use
[/B]
1. FOR GODS SAKE MAKE A BACKUP IN CASE YOU COCK ANYTHING UP
2. Click on the game icon for the game (GTAIV/EFLC), may go slow for a minute the first time
3. Import the Model and Texture (Select both at once)
4. Enter Handling line(Optional)
5. Enter Vehicle line(Optional)
6. Click on DO IT
7. If the program crashes you've put the wrong handling or Vehicle line in

EFLC extra cars do not work e.g Bullet GT

Carcols editing including adding a new colour line

Maybe replacing of items that aren't vehicles

Please reply if it works or doesn't and don't release it to any other site yet I want to update it a bit first

I got scraping of gta4-mods.com working.

Now you can see the newest files and if you click them it takes you to the car webpage
