If you want to be professional, learn more about how to set up a business, how to manage and secure a server properly, and how to type information instead of info. Abhreviations do not make you look professional. And going into business with a friend isn't the best of ides, while it can work, it can also go very wrong. You should get a secure area for your whcms, use automatic setup if you want to compete with most other hosts, and if you really want to offer daily backups for any of your packages, you should get a seperate server to do so. And the WHCMS needs to be set up correctly.
