Pointless thread. Use whatever you're comfortable with. /endoftopic
Not that simple for me.
Not that simple for me.
Usually I'd take the time to write out a long post detailing important aspects of each language, but honestly, this shit's been discussed over and over again, and I'm pretty sure you're just fishing for a barrage of pointless arguments. tl;dr: this ends here, if you're serious, google it
php is the best
python
What's C# doing there
That was just crazy enough to work...
Bitches love kittens.
If you want to fully explore the information about this I suggest you read this article Python vs PHP vs Ruby vs Perl for Web Development
As someone who's forced to use Perl in a professional manner at his current job - avoid it. It's not bad per-se, but it's stagnating (stagnated?) and there's better options out there.
You cant just ask "Whats the best language for everything" because there is no one programming language that is the best for every situation. If there was then this wouldn't be a question in the first place. Depending on what you want to do, one language might be better than another. But I think we can all agree that Perl should just not even be on the list though.
Ooft, didn't notice that either. I'll give you a box if you give me a box.
