Alright, So, I bought a game a couple months ago(Universe at War), and I thought it was aweful(without mods) because well, I like playing as the Military, and they have to be modded in, but the bad part is the LUA file is encrypted, is there anything allowing me to decrypt it? thanks
if this isn't legal forget about it, sorry, but Petroglyph wasted the game's potential by not allowing the Military to be played.

Not really sure, but when I asked awhile back(not here, was at another forum) it looked like gibberish(and I don't mean where I didn't understand it) it was literally: NUL NUL NUL NUL 17 NUL NUL NUL NUL SI SOH.
Actually looking at it it says ,BUI file(I thought it was LUA because a guy at Petroglyph explained how to make Humans playable) but his information is outdated, would there be any way to open a .BUI file?
