Got some project going on, and we need to collaborate our progress, deadlines, tasks, etc. Wasn't too sure where to post this. Any help would be appreciated.
We got a web project, a bunch of guys each taking care of specific codes (UCP, Content Manager, etc)
Will it be payed?
Not sure I understood the question.
Are you looking for developers or a way to communicate with developers you already have?
Here's a few I've heard of/used: Free: http://www.projectpier.org/ Paid: http://basecamp.com/ (highly recommended) & http://www.activecollab.com/

Have a look at Facebook's phabricator, I've heard mixed reviews on it.

Another you could try I suppose is RedMine, although I have no personal experience with that just word of mouth that it's pretty good.
Hmm, not quite sure but I used Podio at a media school.

A really simple and straightforward one is Trello. I find that focusing on tasks is really the best way to get things done when doing small scale development.
