Got some project going on, and we need to collaborate our progress, deadlines, tasks, etc. Wasn't too sure where to post this.
Any help would be appreciated.
We got a web project, a bunch of guys each taking care of specific codes (UCP, Content Manager, etc)
Will it be payed?
Not sure I understood the question.
Are you looking for developers or a way to communicate with developers you already have?
Here's a few I've heard of/used:
Free: http://www.projectpier.org/
Paid: http://basecamp.com/ (highly recommended) & http://www.activecollab.com/

Never used it, although giving it a try soon, but I heard JIRA is pretty good.

JIRA is good, but I'll bet it's overkill for whatever it is you're doing, not to mention it requires some pretty decent infrastructure to run on. Have a look at Facebook's phabricator, I've heard mixed reviews on it.

Definitely concur on this one, JIRA is darn good we use it at work. But it will be massively overkill as stated. Another you could try I suppose is RedMine, although I have no personal experience with that just word of mouth that it's pretty good.
Hmm, not quite sure but I used Podio at a media school.

I use JIRA every day at work and I hate it with all my soul.

I use it every day too! Why do you hate it?
A really simple and straightforward one is Trello. I find that focusing on tasks is really the best way to get things done when doing small scale development.
