Thank you!
Without being rude,
75% of the links on your homepage 404... It sort of burns any professional image you try to give.

Ah, my bad.
May I offer some advice?
1. Rebrand.
-TripWire Interactive and TripWire Inc already exist, and as far as I am aware, you are not affiliated with them.
I'd suggest rebranding your entire operation to something else entirely, and since you are a UK-based company, you should register a .co.uk domain name to properly represent your location.
(example company names - angryhost.co.uk, lunatichost.co.uk - both domains are available)
2. Design
-The design and functionality of your website is everything, so be sure to either purchase a high quality design, or hire a custom designer to create something truly unique to your brand.
Don't create a website that has dead links and pages, as doing so is simply unprofessional, and will have a very negative effect on your services. (as you've already found out, based on the replies to this thread)
3. Plans
-It's always best to stay competitive, and in order to do so, you must provide a valuable service at inexpensive prices.
Do not limit the amount of databases that your customers can create, or the number of email addresses and domains they can host. Enforcing this type of limitation upon your customers is a good way to lose them, especially when you consider how other providers are offering the same services for a lower price, and with less general restrictions.
Once you've done the above three 'steps', you should have no trouble getting a few customers. Just be sure to advertise your services properly.
I honestly doubt that you would be able to revive your reputation here on Facepunch, as your current services simply are not ready for public use.
However, DeRoyalServers managed to recover our thread, albeit it three months after it was created. So, who knows? You just might be able to do the same. :)
As said before, I wish you the best of luck with your company.

I agree! I really feel that the level of services with fantastic discounts are stepping up, and the amount of hosts claiming to be part of the Facepunch community are really growing, it's nothing but a delight!! Many kind thanks, humble greetings, peace on earth.

Here to attempt to wreck this thread, everyone at my company gives you good luck so we get the best impressions.

I would definitely get WHMCS to check that your license is active as this might cause issues in the future as this is for some reason the first thing that everybody checks about a new host.

Also most of your links are broken.
