Alright I'll share.

My idea is for a twitter-like platform for developers to share tips and collaborate on ideas for creating twitter clones for niche audiences. I've not really fleshed it out yet but I think once I get a working prototype I'll be able to attract users that will in turn share ideas on the direction of the project.

I'm looking for $300,000 initial funding for servers and salaries for both myself and a programmer I will bring in to actually write the code. Within a few months of launch I hope to hire an ideas guy off the site to take over my previous role and adopt a managerial position myself.

In return for an investment of $300,000 I am willing to give you a 15% stake in the company.

WordPress is very easy to use platform allowing everything done via GUI within few click instead of getting entrapped with those complicated hand coding. Well talking about theme update then there may be several possible ways. Before starting, it is essential to keep a backup of your previous web files and contents because in weird cases some of widgets may loss. Once you have made backup you need to login your dashboard as administrator and follow this path:
Dashboard > Appearance > Themes. If there is any update available it will be displayed in alert banner. Now just click on the theme you want to update and click “Update now” button.

In case you don’t want to go through that update link and wish to replace current theme with another one you can also visit any third party website like [URL="http://nulledirectory.com/category/wordpress_themes/"]nulldirectory.com[/URL] or else. For this you will need to download whatever theme you want and add it to your WordPress account by following this path:
Dashboard > Appearance > Themes > Add New
