Is there such thing as an Auto Mouse Wheel Scroller?

I have recently been getting into CS-GO Bunny hopping in the last couple of day's and your mouse scroll wheel is a big part of that.

You can bind your mouse scroll wheel to "bind mwheeldown +jump" so when you scroll you jump.

Is there a program/macro that I or someone could make that Auto Scrolls down for me, or has it been done and where could i obtain this godlike program/macro. Please let me know thanks!

xmousecontrol let you bind stuff with keys, when you bind the mouse wheel with a key, the scroll keeps pressing while you press that key
