Ultimate Spider-Man video game prequel! Modeling, programming, the whole bunch! :)

Hi guys.
So, I am in search for some experienced UE4 (Unreal Engine 4) programmers. C++ or Blueprint that are willing to work for free. I understand that there aren't a lot of experienced UE4 programmers that will work unpaid, but hey-ho! Worth a shot :)
Now, I am not a triple A modeler, environment artist, sound designer yada, yada, yada but I have a vision and that vision requires skilled artists, sound designers, modelers etc. I know some advanced stuff, depending on what I'm modeling or concepting. And I won't settle for anything below what I expect for a project like this. Which certainly makes things a lot harder, haha. But I am serious about this. I love Spidey's character, especially in the Ultimateverse! Which is a huge surprise, right?! o: I mean, it's not like I want to make a game about him or anything!!! Nut-uh!
I don't have any assets to show. We do have a few chapters of the story completed. Once it's finished, we'll revise over it, fix any issues, change a few things that maybe don't work - you get the idea.
I want to emulate Mark Bagley's art style and bring it to life with the power of current-gen hardware. And if you're going to f#!k around then please don't bother responding to this post. Ooo, look who's grown up into his big boy pants. So sassy!
Ultimately (no pun intended) what I want for this game is to take advantage of current-gen tech. In graphical capabilities, programming, and everything!
Here's a small portion of the first chapter of the story (Work in Progress)
1:
SPIDER-MAN
Listen, I know we just met, but I have a few points I wanted to bring up with you.
GREEN GOBLIN
NYYYRR!
SPIDER-MAN
Right, OK, we can address that.
I just mean … have you considered maybe expressing yourself with words?
I feel like you wouldn’t be so angry.
GREEN GOBLIN
Hnnnnngh!
SPIDER-MAN
Well, it’s a start.
After all, Rome wasn’t … uh … blown up and torn to pieces in a day.
2:
SPIDER-MAN
So, I’m just trying to understand: you don’t mind if people see your nipples, but your neck?
That’s a no-no. I mean, it’s your outfit, I’m just thinkin’ out loud here.
3:
SPIDER-MAN
Look, greenie, I like Lord of the Rings as much as the next guy.
Maybe a little bit more -- I cry every time Bilbo goes to the Grey Havens.
Oh geez! I guess that’s a spoiler.
My point is: cosplay is a sometimes food. There’s a time and a place!
That's just some of the dialogue during the first chapter.
I think I covered everything, if I forgot anything I'll post an update or something. Thanks for reading. :)
P.S: Also looking for modelers, concept artists, too. Be nice to have a whole team.
[EDIT: If you have any questions. Feel free to ask. Thanks!]
This is a joke right? I don't even know where to start, copyright infringement maybe; just a tad?
It's a fan project, no money is being made. If we cannot release it, which would suck then it'll just be a 'for fun' game. The whole point of us making this game, the whole point of us WANTING to make this game is not to get famous or to make money. It's because we love the character and I believe with the right talent we can create something special

Could people like you please stop coming to these forums? Every week people post in here asking for help as the ideas guy and I always trick myself into thinking that there can't possibly be that many fucktards in the world who think we're going to work on a game for free for you; and on top of that, you're even saying you're going to set a skill requirement, and you don't even have the fucking experience or intelligence to interview any candidates for that position. Please just leave, no one will help you here. Leach.
Dont want to be the one to kill your dreams, friend.
But just give up now, because its not happening without you having a licensing agreement with Marvel.
